what we are looking for:

• completed vocational training or studies in the field of product or fashion management.
• experience in product development, good knowledge of material management, creation of digitized patterns.
• access to european textile producers.
• interest in building something new together.
• feel for trends & their commercial implementation.
• early recognition of problems in the supply chain / quality & troubleshooter.
• affinity for sports, lifestyle and/or fashion.
• hands-on mentality, pragmatic working style.
• ideally from the greater Munich area.
  

your most important tasks in the team:

• further development of the current product range while ensuring the brand statement.
• creation of production-ready documents (dimension tables, tech packs etc.)
• coordination & monitoring of prototype production.
• ensuring & continuously improving quality and adherence to deadlines.
• contact person for suppliers at home and abroad.
• support of the managing director in operational matters.
